Beaufort, S.C. - William Robert Humble, 73, of Beaufort, SC, died Sunday, May 4, 2025 at the Friends of Caroline Cottage. Mr. Humble was born on February 28, 1952 in Somerset, KY.

He is the son of the late Robert V. Humble and Marie Waddle Humble. He was a graduate of Somerset High School and Eastern Kentucky University. He spent his professional career in Retail Management and retired from Kohl's in Louisville, Kentucky. Upon retirement, he moved to Beaufort, South Carolina to become Administrator of Massage Envy franchises in Beaufort and Bluffton, South Carolina. Bill had many cherished friends wherever he lived during his life and was a very loving and giving person to all who knew him throughout his life.

He is survived by his sister, Mary Vaughan Boss, niece Allison Boss Fraley and husband, John, two great nephews Foster and Blake Fraley and his last surviving first cousin, Catherine Mae Bates.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2025 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at The Somerset First United Methodist Church, and the family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 p.m. until time for services.

The family of William Humble wishes to express their thanks to the many cherished friends in Beaufort, SC who cared for Bill especially during the last months of his life and the Staff of Friends of Caroline Hospice Cottage. Expressions of Sympathy may be given to the donor's charity of choice if desired.
