Pulaski County - Sonya Louise Phelps, age 76, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2025 at the Jean Waddle Care Center.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until time for services at Pulaski Funeral Home.
