I just found out about Ray’s passing when, ironically, l was paying my respects to his older brother Edward. I was a next-door-neighbor to Ray and his family in Erie,Pa. My deepest condolences to Ray’s family. He was a very driven man with strong convictions. Rest In Peace Ray
