Glenda Patricia "Pat" Beldon Lefebvre, age 83, of Somerset, passed from this life on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at the Somerset Nursing and Rehabilitation after an extended illness.
She was born on June 8, 1936 in Frenchburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Homer Beldon and Bethel Langworthy Beldon. Patricia as she was affectionately called by those who knew and loved her was a loving, kind and generous woman who enjoy reading, and playing "Bonko" with the church ladies prior to her illness. She also enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family and friends. Patricia was retired from her career in California and after returning to the Somerset area in 1999 worked in the court systems with Judge Jeff Burnette and former Judge Bill Cain. She was of the Christian Faith and was a member of St. Patrick's Episcopal Church. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband; Maurice Lefebvre whom she married in 1972, her son; Billy Lefebvre, her daughter; Patricia Chick Lefebvre, two step-sons; Phillip Lefebvre and Robert Lefebvre
She is survived by her step-daughters; Suzanne(Jim) Marks of Florida and Jackie (Mike) Olliges of Virginia and her granddaughter; Megan Swartz (Eddie Leonard) of Somerset who was her primary caregiver and her step-grandchildren; Jessica Olliges, Jack Olliges, Jimmy Marks and Alex Marks, great-grandchildren; Talen Leonard and Caden Marks along with host of other relatives and friends.
A family gathering will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 in the Chapel of St. Patrick's Episcopal Church at 12:30 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m.
