Glasgow - Linda Rose Hampton, 75, of Glasgow, KY, formerly of Somerset, KY, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. She was born on August 20, 1950, in Somerset, KY, to the late Hue Decker Sr. and Lela Flynn.

The greatest joy of Linda's life was her family. She especially cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved sharing the joy of cooking, playing card games and watching game shows together. Her kitchen and her home were places of laughter, learning, and unconditional love.

Linda was a businesswoman and the broker-owner of RE/MAX Millennium Real Estate in Somerset. She was also a member of Pisgah Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her husband, Kenny Gramlin of Glasgow, KY; her four children, Joseph Franklin Hampton, Mikkle Lee Hampton, Mona Annmarie Hampton, and Charity Ann Stuckey, all of Somerset, KY; her brother, Hue Frank Decker Jr. of Sloan's Valley, KY; and her sister, Donna Jean North (Al) of Somerset, KY.

She is also survived by her grandchildren: Anthony Pence and Martin Nocedal; Nathaniel Pence and Brandi Daugherty; Joseph Maxwell Hampton; Andrew Hampton; Laci and Colton Smith; Adeline, Malakkai, Mikkle and Zealand Hampton; Jeremiah DeFabus; Deanna Sky DeFabus; and Dakota and Christopher DeFabus.

Her 3 great-grandchildren are Emmalyne and Callum Smith, and Gracelynn Rose Pence.

In addition to raising her own family, Linda was a devoted foster parent to more than 50 children, including members of the Inman family and her niece and nephew, Maria and DJ Decker. Her compassion and generosity left a lasting imprint on countless lives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Donald Lee Decker; and her infant brother, Hulen Coy Decker.

A service celebrating the life of Linda will be held at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the chapel of Somerset Undertaking Company and Crematory, with her son, Pastor Mikkle Hampton, and Pastor Donnie Worley officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until the time of service. Burial will follow in Somerset Cemetery.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, 1500 College Way, Lexington, KY 40502.
