Jeffrey A.  Baird
Jeffrey A. Baird, age 56, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Friday, November 29, 2019 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
He was born on December 13, 1962 in Cincinnati, Ohio, son of the late Edward and Betty Cooper Baird.
He had worked at Cumberland Behavioral Group and was a member of Potters Place Church. He was an ordained minister and cherished his time with his family. He was an avid outdoors man and loved to hunt, cook and decorate. Jeff will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister; Sandy Keith, father-in-law and mother-in-law; Darvin and Joanne Perry.
He is survived by his beloved wife; Denise Baird, two sons; Chad (Mandy) Baird of Sevierville, TN and Josh (Amanda) Baird of Pine Knot, KY, brother; Tim Baird of Pine Knot, KY and his grandchildren; Jacob, Isaac, Abigail, Andrew, Alexis, Bailey, Cameron, Mason, Jeremiah and Elijah.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with funeral service to be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home with Bro. Ron Blevins and Bro. Denny French officiating. Interment will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery. Full Military Honors will be conducted by American Legion Post # 38 Honor Guard.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Jeffrey A. Baird Memorial Fund, C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home, 2110 W. Hwy 914, Somerset, KY 42503.
