Lewis Dean Dick, age 70, of Berea, died Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Compassionate Care Center in Richmond after long illnesses. He was born October 23, 1946 in Waynesburg KY, son of the late James E. and Ruby I. New Dick. A United States Navy Veteran during the Vietnam War, a welder for General Electric Aircraft Division, an avid boater, speedboat engine builder, painter and enthusiast, he enjoyed Sci-Fi, Country and Bluegrass music. He is dearly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include 6 children, David Dick (Sara), Tabitha Oyediran (Yemi), Adrienne Dick, Monica Dick, Shekinah Dick and Alexander Dick; one brother, Leonard Dick; eight grandchildren, Isaac, Grace, Tristan, Sean, Scarlett, Ryan, Issabella and Alexa.
He was predeceased by his parents and sister Diane Dick.
Funeral Service will be 12:00 Noon Friday, September 8, 2017 at Reppert Funeral Home. Visitation at 11:00 AM until time of service. Burial with Military Rites at 2:30 PM in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
